Outreach offers detailed insights that are organized at different levels of your project and subscription.

 

Subscription level

In the Admin Console Dashboard, view a log of user activity for all projects within a subscription, which can be filtered and downloaded.

In the Admin Dashboard in the upper right in your Outreach project, find data about the historical projects in your subscription as they happened over time. Compare project details like number of companies contacted, NDAs signed, and decline percentages. Track projects managed by deal leads, and by transaction type.

 

Company level

In the Company History Dashboard you'll find data about company engagement as they react to your marketing over multiple deals. Track their conversion from stage to stage and compare their IOI and LOI over their last three bids.

 

Project level

The Analytics tab focuses on your current deal with two sections, My Analytics and Outreach Analytics. The My Analytics section allows you to create and access custom dashboards and the Outreach Analytics section displays our default reporting. If a tile has more than 500 items download a report to see the entire list.
 

Build-A-Dashboard

Create a customized dashboard including your most important metrics. In this dashboard click Get started. One of our experienced representatives will ask a few questions to understand your needs, talk through your options, and make recommendations. Marketing

There are four interactive sections. Click on a chart section to view a table of the underlying data.

 

• Decline Rate
  • The percentage of companies in the project that have declined to move forward with the deal
• Conversion Funnel
  • A visual depiction of the percentage of companies in each stage
  • Hover your mouse over each stage to see the number and percentage of companies in those stages
• Declines by Stage
  • A graph depicting the number of companies that have declined to move forward and what stage they were in when they declined
• Declines by Reason
  • A pie chart depicting company reasons for declining to move forward with a deal
  • A legend with percentages is automatically created for each reason
  • Hover you mouse over a slice to see the number of companies that declined to move forward for a specific reason

VDR Engagement

• User Engagement
  • Counts the users who have and have not logged in over the lifetime of the project
  • Hover your mouse over a bar to see information about that role and how many times they have logged in
• Reviewer Activity Rank
  • Provides a ranking of reviewer engagement based on logins and document access events over the range set in the date range filter
• Unique Documents Accessed By Week
  • Investigates how active and thorough reviewers are being by viewing a count of documents they accessed week by week
• Access Events
  • Contains comprehensive information about every file access event within a specific time frame
• User Activity
  • Provides high-level user stats, including invitation history, login history, and documents accessed
  • Click any number in this report for additional details on that event

Document Links Engagement

• Most Active Buyer
• Total Clicks, Downloads, and Prints
  • Click the number for additional details. A breakout report contains the document name, date, event type, and company
• Total Links Sent
  • Click the number for additional details. A breakout report contains the document name, file type, and the date the link was created
• Linked Document Engagement
  • An interactive graph that shows what companies engaged with a document. Hover for a company summary or click a section for more details. A breakout report contains the document name, date, event type, and company
