Why can’t a registered user access the project?

When a user creates an account, they still need to access the project for the first time to become 'Active' in the Users tab. In this scenario, the user is most likely on their Projects page. They have not yet clicked on the project name and entered a project.

Project Admins can either show them how to access the project from the Projects page or ask us to assist them. We are happy to walk them through the steps of accessing the project from their Projects page.

After a user has accessed the project for the first time and accepted a disclaimer (if applicable), their status updates to Active.
