Where do I check if an invited User has logged in and when?

  1. Go to the Users tab.
  2. Filter for their Name or Email in the box at the top of a column.
  3. Review their Status.
    • Invited - The user hasn't accessed the project
    • Expired - The user hasn't accessed the project and their invitation is older than 30 days
    • Active - The user has accessed the project
    • Deactivated - The user has accessed the project and no longer has access
  4. Review Last Project Activity.



For more information about their login history: 

  1. Go to the Analytics tab.
  2. Select Login & User Activity from the menu at the top.
  3. Filter for their User Name or Email.
  4. At the bottom of the page review the User Activity table:
    • When the first invitation was sent
    • When they first logged in
    • When they last logged in
    • login count
