A company has previously declined and now wants a teaser. How do I make that company active in the status column again?

Delete the decline activity to make the company active again in your tracker.

 

  1. Click the arrow next to the name of the company in the Tracker. This expands the subrow for Activities. 
  2. Click the pencil icon on the far right of the Decline activity. This brings up an edit window.
  3. Click the red button Delete Buyer Activity.
  4. Confirm by clicking the red button Yes, Delete.


After the decline activity is deleted the company is Active and a Teaser can be sent out and tracked as expected.
