IMPORTANT NOTES - Please Read / Action: 

  • Failure to enter the correct PIN 10 consecutive times will automatically delete the contents of the drive.
  • Datasite will retain record of the original PIN assigned to the device. If you choose to change the PIN we will be unable to retrieve it for you.
To unlock the device please carefully follow the instructions below.
  1   Plug the drive into a USB port.
  2   Wait for solid RED led to glow.
  3   Press the open padlock button. All LEDs will flash together.
  4   Enter the PIN.
  5   Press the open padlock button again.
  6   Solid GREEN led will glow to show the device has been unlocked.
  7   If you have any questions or concerns accessing your media, please do not hesitate to contact us.
