Important Notes

  • Failure to enter the correct PIN 10 consecutive times will automatically delete the contents of the drive.
  • Datasite will retain record of the original PIN assigned to the device. If you choose to change the PIN, we will be unable to retrieve it for you.

To unlock the device, carefully follow the instructions below.

  1. Plug the drive into a USB port.
  2. Wait for the solid RED LED to glow.
  3. Press the open padlock button. All LEDs will flash together.
  4. Enter the PIN.
  5. Press the open padlock button again.
  6. The solid GREEN LED will glow to indicate the device has been unlocked.
