If you have sent an invitation and would later like to withdraw it, you can withdraw an invitation in 'Invited' status. Withdrawn invitations are unusable, and the registration link in the original invitation is deactivated (the original email is not retrieved from the recipient's email client).

To withdraw an invitation:

  1   Navigate to Users.

  2   In the user list, find the invitation you'd like to withdraw. Filtering the 'Status' column by 'Invited' can help quickly narrow your search.

  3   Click the check box associated with the invitation you want to withdraw. 

  4   Click Modify > Remove Access.

  5   Click Ok.
