Partial Freeze: 

In these situations, only a portion of the content needs to be frozen. Project Admins are moved to a Freeze Admin role with Download rights to the frozen fileroom or folder (restricting their ability to upload content or edit them) and Manage rights to the remaining content.  Therefore, Project Admins in this role will be able to redact content from filerooms or folders that are not frozen.

Note: Any reviewer roles with Manage access to the frozen fileroom or folder are downgraded to Download permissions.
When discussing the process with the requestor, ensure they understand that any unpublished content will not be visible, so they may want to publish at this point.
