Why can't I delete a document even if I'm in a Manage permissions role?

Unlike Project Admins, reviewers with Manage Permissions can only move unpublished files to the Recycle Bin. Only Project Admins can delete items in the Recycle Bin.

 

If you want to move a published file to the recycling bin, contact your Project Admins. They might decide to delete the file for you. Alternatively, they might grant you feature permission to publish/unpublish files so you can unpublish a file and move it to the recycle bin yourself.
 

If you don't know who your Project Admin is, please contact us. We can contact them on your behalf.
