Where do I check when a party first got access to the data room?

To check when a specific party first got access refer to the date of the first log in by a user from that role.

 

  1. Open the Analytics tab and click Login & User Activity on the left. 
  2. Specify a role or team in the filters at the top of the page.
  3. At the bottom of the page is a table named User Activity showing detailed information.
  4. Review the column First Login Date for a user.

 

Access to content may depend on when content is published or permissions are applied.
