When can a project be hibernated?

If your project has come to hold, there is the possibility to hibernate your project for a reduced fee given that the contract term has ended and the project is in Continuation of Service.

 

How to request Hibernation

 

Any Project Admin can contact either their Sales representative or contact us directly to request a project hibernation.

 

What implications does hibernating a project have?

 

1. When we hibernate a project, only two Project Admins stay active in the project.
All other users will no longer have access to the project.

You can tell us which two Project Admins should become the Hibernation Managers when contacting us to request the hibernation.
 

2. The two selected Project  Admins will have Reviewer with Manage Rights as described below.

This status will NOT allow access to the following tabs: Settings, Users, Permissions.
 

3. Hibernation Managers will be able to access Documents, Redaction, Analytics and they will be able to manage the content (i.e. upload, move, copy, delete, rename).
