Troubleshooting: Access Denied Error When Using USB Flash Drive

Issue:
You receive an "Access Denied" error when attempting to access a USB device after entering the PIN and seeing a green light on the device. Contact your IT department and inform them of the issue, they'll need to unlock the USB port to allow access.
