Seller Content Access allows Acquire project admins to link Diligence projects to Acquire projects, and transfer content that reviewers can access in the Diligence project to the reviewer's Acquire index.

Within your Acquire project, Seller Content resides in the left navigation pane within Documents. If you are a user on a Diligence project and an admin on an Acquire project and would like this feature enabled, please contact us.
 
Once linked, to access Seller Content from your Diligence project in your Acquire project, go to Documents.  All materials for which you have permissions in your linked Diligence project appear in the Seller Content section below your Index section.

To transfer a Seller Content fileroom,

  1   Click Seller Content. 

  2   Select the check box(es) associated with the fileroom(s) you'd like to transfer.

  3   Click Modify.

  4   Select Transfer Fileroom.

  5   Choose publishing and index number preferences.

  6   Click Transfer Fileroom.




To transfer New Seller Content documents or folders to your project Index,

  1   Select folders or documents ​with download access. Your Index must contain at least one fileroom to house transferred material.

  2   Select the check box(es) associated with the document(s) or folder(s) you'd like to transfer.

  3   Click Modify.

  4   Select Transfer.

  5   Navigate available filerooms and folders; select a destination.

  6   Choose publishing, permissions, and index number preferences.

  7   Click Transfer.

Documents now reside in the chosen location within your index. A double arrow transferred icon appears in the transfer column in the Seller Content. 

Project Admins of Diligence projects are not notified if your Acquire project is linked to their sell side data room.
