A Subject is required. 4 Enter a Date to be reminded about. Click the calendar icon on the right to select. A Date is required. 5 Enter a Time to be reminded about. Click the clock icon on the right to select. A Time is required. 6 Enter Note. This is the body of the email. 7 Enter any number of email addresses. Your email is selected by default and you can click the X next to your name to remove yourself. Reminder emails don't allow replying. 8 Click Save.
