Amending the Q&A template by adding a column or manually adding new categories, etc. will prevent it from being uploaded to Datasite and questions to be added to your Q&A.

We recommend using the template without making any changes to it's formatting: 
  1. Enter one question per line in column A.
  2. Choose categories in column B.
  3. Choose priorities in column C.
