I'm a Project Admin on my project but I don't get Q&A notifications, why not?

A Project Admin must belong to a Q&A team to receive a notification when a new question is asked.



To add or remove Q&A team members:
  1. Open the Q&A tab and go to Q&A Settings.
  2. Go to the Q&A Teams page.
  3. Select a team.
  4. Click Add/Remove Team Members.
  5. Select or deselect team members as desired via the check box.
  6. Click Save.



If you are already in a team check your notifications settings:
  1. Click your name on the left.
  2. Select Notification Settings.
  3. Select your preferred Q&A notification frequency for each project next to Q&A Updates.
  4. Click Save.
