How do I set up a new project?

First determine whether your current contract is subscription-based or transactional.

 

Subscription Admins can add projects as desired to their ongoing subscription. Transactional contracts are one-time agreements for a single project.

 

If you have a subscription, click Create Project on your Projects page.

New Outreach projects can also be added from within, inside your project.

If you have a transactional contract, request a new project for any Datasite application by reaching out to your sales associate.

When contacting your sales representative please provide the following information:

  • Project name
  • Datasite Application
  • Email addresses to be invited as Project Admins 
  • A Billing Contact for this project

 

Contact your sales associate if you'd like to transition to a subscription.
