How do I set a file as Native File Download?

Native File Download lets a Project Admin make a specific file available in its native format, even when a user's role normally downloads files as a watermarked PDF or uses Revoke Access Control.

Native File Download is a file-specific setting. It does not change viewer behavior or affect other files in the project.

To allow Native File Download for a file:

  1. Go to the Documents tab.
  2. Select the file.
  3. Select Modify > Allow Native File Download.
  4. Review the message in the dialog, then select Allow All.
