How do I replace a redacted document with it's original?

Project Admins have the ability to replace a redacted document with the original. Only Project Admins have this capability. See steps below:
 
  1. Go to the Redaction Tab. 
  2. Filter for Redaction Confirmed and Redacted + New Edits.
  3. Tick the checkbox for all the files that should be un-redacted.
  4. Click Replace with Original.


If desired, you may retain the original and a redacted version in two different index locations:
 

  1. Go to the Documents tab.
  2. Go to the location of a Datasite redacted document.
  3. Tick the checkbox of the document.
  4. Select Copy.
  5. Choose the relevant destination and permissions settings.
  6. Click Preview Permissions.
  7. Click Copy.
  8. When the file is copied, go to the Redaction tab.
  9. Select the copied version.
  10. Click Replace with Original.
