A contact can be associated to multiple companies by following these steps:

 

  1. Click Companies at the top right.
  2. Click on the Contacts tab on the left.
  3. Search for a contact.
  4. Click the pencil icon in their row on the right side.
  5. Click in the Companies field and select an additional company.
  6. Click Update contact.
