How do I find a list of declined buyers in Outreach?

There are three ways to see declined buyers:

  • Click Inactive in the upper right of the Tracker tab
  • In a Buyer Tracker filter the Status column for Inactive
  • In the RaceLong Tracker
    • Go to the Declined column
    • Sort by row groups. The declined Company Names are grouped by date
