How do I export a Question List?

  1. Go to the Q&A tab.
  2. Click Export.
  3. Select the All Questions page or the Unanswered Questions page.
  4. In the All Questions page choose what you want in the export from the listed options:
    1. Mulit-row - Each question and all related posts will be displayed on separate rows.
    2. Single row - Each question and all related posts will be displayed a single row.
  5. In the All Questions page tick the checkbox to include Frequently Asked Questions.
  6. Select a filter option:
    1. All questions & answers or All unanswered questions
    2. Filtered list only - only active if the Export button was clicked when a filter was applied in the Question list.
  7. Click Export.
