How do I download Excel files?

Depending on your role's access, you can download Excel files from the Documents tab:

  1. Go to the folder where the file is located.
  2. Check the box next to a relevant file.
  3. Click Download.

Note: Excel spreadsheets will always download as Excel files.

 

Download isn't available from within the document in Microsoft Excel Online.
