How do I check who has assigned a question to another user in the Answer team?

  1. Go to the Analytics tab.
  2. Select Q&A.
  3. Click More Filters.
  4. Select 'Correspondence Assigned'.
  5. Filter for a specific question, team, category, date range, etc. by using the filters available. 
  6. Scroll to the Q&A Activity table where the name of the user who assigned the question to another user will be listed.
