How do I add members to the answer or question teams in Q&A?

  1. Go to the Q&A tab.
  2. Click Q&A Settings.
  3. Click Q&A Teams.
  4. On the left, select the Answer team or a Question team. 
  5. Click +Add/remove Team Members at the top right.
  6. A dialog window will open. Check the box(es) next to the user(s) you want to add. You have the option to filter for a specific role.
  7. Click Save.

 

Users can only belong to one Q&A team.
