How do I add a contact to a secondary company on my Outreach project?

  1. Click on the Companies tab located toward the top-right corner.
  2. Next click on the Contacts tab in the upper-left.
  3. Search for the contact using their first and/or last name
  4. Click the pencil icon.
  5. In the Companies field select additional companies to assign this to contact.
  6. Click Update Contact. 

 

After the contact has been added to the secondary company add that contact to a project. 
 

  1. From inside the project's Tracker tab find the company and click the arrow to the left of its name.
  2. Select the Contacts sub tab.
  3. This will list all the contacts associated with this company.
  4. Click Add to Project.
