PIN code and instructions for your USB will be sent to media requestor/project admin by email.  If you have not received the PIN code and instructions for your USB media device, please contact the Project Admin, or the Datasite Assist® Experts (service@datasite.com) with your device's serial number to let them know you need assistance.

Please note that failure to enter the correct PIN 10 consecutive times will automatically delete the contents of the drive.
