PIN code and instructions for your USB are sent to the media requestor/Project Admin by email.  If you have not received the PIN code and instructions for your USB media device, please contact the Project Admin.

Request our assistance by sharing your device's serial number.

Entering the incorrect PIN 10 consecutive times will delete the contents of the drive.
