How can I print or export a table of contents for the folders and files visible for a given role?

After logging into your project:


  1. Go to the Documents Tab.
  2. Click Index List in the top right.
  3. Click the Role menu, and choose a role. 
  4. Review permission levels under the Access Column. Also, review the Status column to check the Publish status of the content.
  5. To export the filtered list, click on Export along the top menu with the Index List.
  6. To print the list, click on More Actions > Print Index List.
  7. A separate tab will open for you to choose to print to PDF or to a printer if desired.
