How can I find all the files with a Document Disclaimer?

  1. Go to the Permissions tab.
  2. On the right, click Attributes. 
  3. Enable Document Disclaimer.
  4. On the Document Disclaimer column, filter for 'Yes'.

 

An export of permissions doesn't include the Document Disclaimer column. See a list of documents with a disclaimer by exporting a filtered list.

To export a filtered list:

 

  1. Click Export.
  2. Select Filtered Items Only.
  3. Click Export.
