This feature is available in Acquire projects, to admins and reviewers with manage permissions. It allows table data in PDF, text, or image files to be automatically converted into an Excel file.

The process is initiated within the document viewer. Open the desired file in the document viewer and select the Export tables to Excel button in the options menu.



Next, follow the prompts and click Download Excel File. The resulting file downloads locally.

Be aware of the following attributes of converted content:

• If no tables are detected during conversion, the resulting Excel output is blank
• Files containing multiple tables: Tables are separated via an auto-generated header displaying the page(s) the table occupies in the original file
• The Excel output is fully editable
• If a term in the original table file has been redacted, the term is excluded from the Excel output

It is recommended that all converted data be thoroughly reviewed for accuracy and proper location placement within the resulting Excel file.
