As an admin, how can I view user engagement on my project from within the Datasite Mobile App?

Project Admins for Diligence projects can check project engagement activity on any mobile device via the Datasite Mobile App Analytics feature.

To access Analytics on the app, after logging in (see Datasite Mobile App - Getting Started), tap the Analytics icon in the options menu at the bottom of a Diligence project's screen. 

 

• Reviewer Activity Rank

  • Donut chart with accompanying data ranks activity by role
  • Tap the chart to highlight activities pertaining to the selected role
  • Use the arrow at the bottom of the card to expand and see a list of all reviewer roles

 

• Reviewer Engagement

  • Displays in bar charts the number and percentage of users who have logged in to the project
  • Each bar represents a role
  • Roles are presented in a ranked order, with highest percentage of engagement listed first

 

• Documents Accessed of Permissioned

  • Displays in bar charts by role:
    • Percentage of files users within the role have permission to view and have accessed
    • Percentage of files users within the role have permission to view and have not accessed
    • Percentage of files the role does not have permissions to view

 

To view engagement over a specific time range, tap the filter at the top of the screen. Default time range settings show metrics over the last 30 days.

Analytics data can be shared using any of the sharing apps native to your device. Tap the share icon  for options. Note that depending on the sharing method, information might be sent as an attachment. Links sent via the mobile app open in a web browser on the recipient's computer/device, not in the mobile app.

Document level analytics

Additional analytics can also be accessed via the options menu (3 dots) associated with any file in the index, or tapping the bar chart analytics icon associated with a file. This icon may or may not be present depending on user attributes, but all Project Admins can access Analytics via the 3 dot options menu. Accessing Analytics via this route shows engagement relating only to the document.

 

Activity Overview - A top level view of the counts for Downloads, Previews, Views, and Prints. At the bottom states how many of the downloads were bulk downloads of the total.

Roles - Lists the top engaged role and roles that haven't engaged with the document.

Recent Views - Lists email addresses with a time stamp of users that have viewed the document in the Secure Viewer.

Recent Downloads - Lists email addresses with a time stamp of users that have downloaded the document.

Recent Previews - Lists email addresses with a time stamp of users that have hovered and viewed a first page preview of the document.

Recent Prints - Lists email addresses with a time stamp of users that have printed the document.
