Datasite with Blueflame AI is an assistant that allows users to ask questions and build reports based on content within a project. 
Datasite is the first virtual data room provider certified to ISO/IEC 42001, the globally recognized standard for AI governance and compliance, so sensitive deal information stays in the data room.

Get started

To start a conversation, click the AI Assistant icon in the upper right and a panel appears on the right.

To close the panel, click the X in the upper right of the panel. At any time, click New to start a new prompt session. In combination with the Recent feature page, use New often to keep conversations separate.
See the Example prompts section for some suggestions, click one of the samples, or choose to review as a advisor. 

Click the Context menu above the prompt text box to select the working context scope by selecting folders, documents, or any combination to interrogate.

 

Blueflame AI

Datasite uses Blueflame AI technology, which is fine tuned for deal terminology and trained to recognize M&A jargon and acronyms. Blueflame is capable of comparing deal structure, looking for gaps in data, drafting Q&A responses, and locating relevant documents. 
Generally, it breaks its replies into two parts: working and reporting. If a Blueflame section is bold, it is a working section which is designed for transparency around it's internal process. Non-bold Blueflame sections are findings based on it's working section's results. There may be multiple working and reporting sections for a single reply, depending on the complexity of the conversation, question, or request.

 

At the end of every Blueflame response section is Copy, and often, a Sources toggle.
Click Copy to save the text of that section. This includes formatting and tables.
Toggle Sources to display an interactive list of documents that section cites. Blueflame builds lists of related documents and then acts on the collection. Click a document title to open a new tab and review it. 

 

Expanding or contracting the view

Click the double sided arrow in the upper right to expand the panel on the right to fill the browser window. Click it again to contract back to the previous size. While the panel is contracted, hover over the left edge of the panel until it is highlighted, click, and drag to resize the panel. 

 

Example prompts

In a new chat, click an example text to start a conversation for that topic. In the Pre-Diligence section optionally select a role in the Review as an advisor section.

Recent conversations

In the upper left of the panel, click Recent to see your last 2 weeks of history. 
Click Blueflame to go back to the current prompt session. 
Click a listed prompt to continue engaging in that thread.

When hovering over a listed, historical prompt, a three dot menu appears on the right. Click the menu to Rename, Delete, or Pin a recent chat. Pinned recent chats move to the top of the Recent list. Click the menu again and select Unpin to toggle pinning off.

Every AI-generated response is grounded exclusively in the documents within the data room. Datasite AI does not pull from outside sources or public data. Every response is linked directly to its source document, so users can verify accuracy before acting on or sharing any information.
