Deal Docs is an area in Outreach where you can upload documents needed throughout your process such as Teasers, NDAs, and CIMs. These documents can be shared with your team and attached or linked to emails directly from the platform.  The general documents that are attached to emails are uploaded here and are available for review. To review the watermarked documents sent to clients review their Activities in the Tracker.
 

• To review a document in Datasite's secure viewer, click it's name. The document is searchable, or in the case of media files, viewable
• Use the pencil icon to rename or delete uploaded documents
• To download a document click the down arrow

 

Uploading deal documents:

  1   Go to the Deal Docs tab.

  2   Drag and drop a file or click Upload and browse for and select a document.

  3   Confirm by clicking Upload.


or

  1   While drafting emails, click Add Deal Docs.

  2   Click Upload to browse for a document or drag and drop a document into the pop-up.

  3   Confirm your upload by clicking Upload.
