Can I give immediate access to new documents without applying permissions?

Files are only accessible by reviewers when published, and when permissions have been granted. However, if the permissions set on the folder housing the file are appropriate, there's no need to access Permissions to grant access; it can be done during the upload process.

To do so, Project Admins can upload documents and choose:
 

  1. Publish now.
  2. Inherit destination permissions settings.
